Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Farooq Zahid ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile games Emoji Mashup and Cat Stack (each, "the App"). It applies to the Android versions of both Apps.

1. Information We Collect

Data stored locally on your device

Both Apps are designed to work fully offline. The following is saved locally on your device only, and is not transmitted to us:

Emoji Mashup: game progress and level completion, discovered creations and ingredients, star ratings earned per level, and app settings and preferences.
Cat Stack: game progress and levels reached, star ratings earned per level, and app settings and preferences (sound, music, crate speed).

We do not collect, store, or have access to this data ourselves.

Advertising data

The Apps display ads through Google AdMob. Emoji Mashup shows rewarded video ads (used to unlock hints) and interstitial ads; Cat Stack shows interstitial ads between levels. AdMob may collect certain information automatically to serve and measure ads, including:

Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID)
IP address and general location
App usage data related to ad interactions

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and Google's AdMob data collection practices.

Purchases

Each App offers a single optional purchase, Remove Ads, processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details; Google handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect personal data ourselves, we do not use, sell, or share any personal information. Locally stored game data is used solely to let you resume your progress on your own device.

Ad-related data collected by Google AdMob is used to:

Serve ads
Measure ad performance
Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Children's Privacy

The Apps are designed with children in mind and follow applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR provisions for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Ad serving is handled through Google AdMob with child-directed treatment: every ad request is made with the age treatment set to child and a maximum ad content rating of "G" (general audiences). As a result, ads are requested in a child-appropriate, non-personalized way, and the Android advertising identifier is not used to personalize ads for these Apps.

Parents and guardians with questions about ads shown to children should review Google's policies linked above, or contact us using the details in Section 8.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent any personal data, because we do not collect any ourselves. Any data shared with third parties (such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing) is limited to what is described in Section 1 and is governed by that third party's own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored data (progress, discoveries, stars, settings) remains on your device until you uninstall an App or clear its data through your device settings. We have no ability to access or delete this data remotely, as we never receive it.

6. Third-Party Services

The Apps use the following third-party services:

Google AdMob — for displaying ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Billing — for the optional Remove Ads purchase. See Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
