I'm Farooq Zahid, a DevOps Engineer and Software Developer focused on turning ideas into reliable systems. I like working close to the full lifecycle of a product: writing application code, shaping the backend, automating the infrastructure, and making deployments repeatable.
My DevOps work centres on practical automation: infrastructure that can be recreated, pipelines that reduce manual work, and systems that are easier to observe when something changes.
On the development side I connect product needs with implementation details — whether the work is a mobile app, a backend service, a deployment pipeline, or a production workflow.
I enjoy solving infrastructure and deployment challenges just as much as writing application code. Most of my free time goes into learning, building, or experimenting with something new. If I'm not working on a project, I'm probably planning the next one.
